From July 1 to August 28, 31 police officers from 10 countries will be deployed in the area of the Split-Dalmatia Police Department.

  • Poland: 4 police officers (Trogir Police Station and Makarska Police Station)
  • Slovakia: 4 police officers (Trogir Police Station)
  • Czech Republic: 4 police officers (Omiš Police Station)
  • Italy: 3 police officers (Split Maritime Police Station
  • The Netherlands: 4 police officers (First and Second Split Police Stations)
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina: 6 police officers (Makarska Police Station)
  • Germany: 1 police officer (Resnik Airport Police Station)
  • German federal state of Bavaria: 1 police officer (First and Second Split Police Stations, from July 1 to July 31, 2026)
  • France: 2 police officers (First and Second Split Police Stations)
  • Korea: 2 police officers (First and Second Split Police Stations, from July 20 to July 31, 2026)

Duties of foreign police officers

  • Assisting the Croatian police in communicating with foreign citizens
  • Being visible and accessible in public places
  • Assisting their fellow citizens in emergency situations
  • Providing advice and information on personal safety and self-protective behavior
